Guys, I have been so busy this week and it’s just Thursday tomorrow. Can’t really think of a better title for this post. Feels like it should definitely be Friday. This week has been busy around my office and I had obligations every day after work so I’ve been getting little sleep, eating not so great, and trying my best to work out when I can. But I can just feel that my body is super tired and only wants to do light workouts – which is fine.
Speaking of workouts, my room mate and I purchased a Groupon about a month ago for three trampoline workout classes for $29 – which is a steal here in NYC. Tonight is our first class — 45 minutes long — and I am really looking forward to it even though I am tired. Have you ever done a trampoline workout class? It’s supposed to be good on your joints while giving you that cardio kick!
